Please bring as many of the following documents as possible: – License/ID – Social security card – Birth certificate – Doctor’s letter – Fingerprint card You will eventually need all these documents to obtain your name and/or gender marker correction, but if you do not have any/all of them when you come to the clinic, that is okay. Our volunteers will help you figure out what documents you need and how to get them. Please note that you must be a Texas resident to participate.

The Dallas LGBT Bar Association will host a virtual CLE on August 11, 2023 that delves into the significant changes made to the law during the 88th Session of Texas Legislature. Topics covered will include laws that impact the LGBTQ+ community, and changes impacting the practice of criminal law, real estate law, and business litigation. This CLE is free to Dallas LGBT Bar members, but registration is required.
