TLACT clinics are free for all participants! Volunteer attorneys will help you correct your name and/or gender marker on your identifying documents (driver’s license, passport, birth certificate, etc.). Please bring as many of the following documents as possible: – License/ID – Social security card – Birth certificate – Doctor’s letter – Fingerprint card You will eventually need all these documents to obtain your name and/or gender marker correction, but if you do not have any/all of them when you come to the clinic, that is okay. Our volunteers will help you figure out what documents you need and how to get them. Please note that you must be a Texas resident to participate.
