The Dallas LGBT Bar Association will host a virtual CLE on August 11, 2023 that delves into the significant changes made to the law during the 88th Session of Texas Legislature. Topics covered will include laws that impact the LGBTQ+ community, and changes impacting the practice of criminal law, real estate law, and business litigation. This CLE is free to Dallas LGBT Bar members, but registration is required. SLAGH, EPAH, and the HBA’s LGBTQ+ Committee, joined by HYLA’s LGBTQ+ Committee and the Houston Area Law Librarians invite you to celebrate PRIDE on Wednesday, June 5th, from 5:30-7:30, as Clay Allen, General Counsel for the Houston Rockets, shares What it Means to be Out and Rockets Proud. The event will include a tour of the Toyota Center and presentation by Clay Allen, General Counsel for the Houston Rockets. Clay Allen will be discussing what it means to be out and proud as one of the highest-profile openly gay executives in professional sports. This event is FREE for SLAGH, EPAH, & HBA LGBTQ+ Section members.  Guests are $25.
